owned UK company. The founders are actively involved in the
business. By keeping in touch at a practical level the founding
directors keep their industry knowledge up to date enabling
them to develop the product and continue to help Q-Max users
to maximise resources to provide a quality and efficient service
at minimum cost.
With an enviable company pedigree Q-Max maintains its quality
of customer service with a policy of only employing personnel
who have experience of running contact centres and have implemented
Workforce management systems in the past. Q-Max does not force
change but will recommend ways to meet customer expectations
consistently while maintaining control.
