of the first version of Q-Max in 1993 there has been a new
release of the product every 18 months. There have also been
more frequent releases where Q-Max has brought new benefits
to its customers as quickly as possible. Every new release
includes user inspired enhancements, as Q-Max works in close
co-operation with its customers.
All new releases of Q-Max are free of charge to customers
with a maintenance agreement. Therefore, allowing users to
future proof and protect their investment in Workforce Management
without additional, non-budgeted expenditure.
Q-Max remains committed to providing proven software to enable
Customer Contact Centres to establish measurable goals, develop
long-term staffing plans, deploy resources, manage employee
performance, evaluate results and implement on-going improvements.
